1. 舉重教練課程 2016/10/07
學習如何運用中國舉重訓練法,增進舉重教學能力。課程中將會學習到:
•認識中國舉重訓練系統
•舉重訓練理論與課表編排
•性別在舉重訓練上的差異
•抓舉、上膊與上挺相關的輔助運動
•針對不同層度的課表設計
•認識訓練後恢復方法
此課程內容以學科為基礎,針對想要增進舉重教學技巧的教練,也適合有經驗的運動員,來更進一步瞭解舉重技巧。

1. Weightlifting Coaching Workshop – October 7th, 2016

Learn about how to use Chinese weightlifting methods to improve your coaching ability and snatch, clean, and jerk technique under the guidance of the Ma Strength team.

In this clinic, you will learn:

A basic overview of the Chinese weightlifting system
Training philosophy & programming
Gender differences in training
Assistance exercises for snatch, clean, and jerk
Programming design for beginner, intermediate, and advanced lifters
An overview of recovery methods
This is primarily a single lecture-based seminar for coaches who want to enhance their coaching skills. Experienced athletes who want to improve their understanding of weightlifting techniques are welcomed as well. For a more hands-on experience, please see our Weightlifting Technique Clinc.

2. 舉重技術課程 2016/10/08 或者 09
學習中國舉重技巧,增進抓舉、上膊與上挺的技術。課程內容包含:
•學習舉重技術
•個別評估舉重動作與分組學習
此課程以實際操作術科為主,適合想增進舉重技巧的運動員。歡迎舉重選手、各層級的舉重愛好者(包括初學者*)、CrossFit’ers、訓練師與教練參與課程。
( *至少能完成空槓的過頂屈蹲、前屈蹲、抓舉與上搏,比較能完整的參與課程)
課程學分:舉重技術課程提供NACA CEUs 0.7學分,以及NASM CEUs 0.7學分。(若需學分證明,再完成報名後,訊息告知我們)

2. Weightlifting Technique Clinic – October 8th or 9th, 2016
Use Chinese weightlifting methods to improve your snatch, clean, and jerk technique under the guidance of expert coaches at Ma Strength: Ma Jianping and Manuel Buitrago. In this unique weightlifting clinic you will:

Learn Chinese weightlifting technique using Coach Ma’s learning progression for the snatch, clean, and jerk,
Have your lifting evaluated individually and within a group setting to learn from others, and
Practice this style of lifting with weights attendees feel comfortable with while receiving verbal cues from experienced coaches.
Attendees should expect to learn Chinese weightlifting technique as taught in sports schools throughout China and learn an intuitive way to teach this lifting style others.
This is a very practical hands-on clinic for experienced athletes who want to improve their ability to perform the lifts and coaches who want to learn an alternative way of approaching the snatch, clean, and jerk. Olympic weightlifters, Cross Fitters, trainers, and coaches are welcomed. We will be drilling A LOT so be prepared to lift and be prepared to learn.
