They can be tightened/loosened with ease, simply twisting them does the trick. They are wide, and while they can be quite tight, they don’t restrain wrist mobility like most velcro wraps. Very affordable and aesthetically pleasing, recommend them.

The stability and support is definitely there, and you still have mobility for cleans, you just need to get used to the feeling of wearing wraps. I got these within 2 days of placing my order, and the shipping location was far from where I am. Overall happy with my purchase and product, will recommend and will order more from Ma Strength in the future. The only reason to buy other brands is if you want a design. These beat the competitors in my opinion.
